American artists, Robert McGinnis & Frank McCarthy were commissioned to produce marketing concepts for the 4th Bond film, "Thunderball". For the General Release Quad, McGinnis's artwork was chosen, showing Bond looking imperious surrounded by a bevy of bikini clad beauties (when this Quad was used in Ireland, the bikini's were censored into all-in-one bathing suits). The Quad Teaser for the film combined McGinnis's work (right hand side) with McCarthy's (left hand side). The poster has been professionally cleaned, de-acidified & linen-backed.
